Louisiana Patent Day
April 26, 2012
Cajundome Convention Center
Here is the concept for the MEP Patent System:
Take attendees through a program in the morning to get a rough sketch of a 1st draft provisional patent. In the afternoon, using a template, fill in boxes of questions that auto assemble a patent document that is in the correct format.
Run a Business Simulation to project first year sales.
By 4:00, have a written provisional patent application and a business simulation giving annual sales forecasts and/or potential royalty income.
Two patent attorneys on hand to answer questions.
One hour time slots with Innovation Black Belts to advise on how to proceed with a “do next” checklist. If the score is low, re-evaluate whether to continue with patent filing.
To Register contact MEPOL 337-482-6767
PATENT DAY VALUE: $4000.00
